Merge is open again to new US poker players. New players from the US were restricted from opening an account on Merge after all the events involving Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars and others.

If you already had a poker account with Merge and you were from the US you were still able to play. Merge was one of the few poker networks that allowed US poker plays to indulge their online passion.

Not all US citizens will be able to now sign up though, as people from the States of Maryland, Missouri, New York, Kentucky, Washington DC, Washington, and Louisiana are still banned from signing up for a new account on Merge.
