Everest Poker has revived the Live the Dream promotion and is giving their players a life changing opportunity.
The Live the Dream promotion offers the chance for 10 poker players to receive a $100,000 sponsorship deal from Everest Poker and star treatment. This includes traveling with Team Everest and participating in the most prestigious poker tournaments around the world.
There are three ways for players to qualify and become one of the 200 players that will play a live final at the Palais Auersberg in Vienna, where the final 10 will be revealed. To make it to Palais players can:
1 – Qualify via tournament and sit n go leader boards
2 – Qualify through cash game leader boards
3 – direct entry
This year there are more opportunities for poker players to qualify and a fair shot at making it to the finale. As of September 21st Everest Poker players can qualify for the finale.
During the final the players will be measured on several conditions through a point system. The highest score players can achieve is 100 points. 55 points may be given for skills, 25 points by the Everest Poker player community and the remaining 20 points will be based on live interviews in Vienna.
I feel this is truly one of the most innovative and rewarding promotions a poker site can offer. Last years Live the Dream promotion was a success and three players ended up making a name for themselves and continue to travel the world circuit. (Steven van Zadelhoff, Voitto Rintala, and Kim Wooka) Everest rewarded their success and were promoted to full members.
To Live the Dream please visit Everest Poker. Good luck.
Everest Poker is an extremely successful independent poker room launched in 2005 and averages 2,000 real money ring games. They market themselves as the first true international poker room and was the first site to offer their support, website and software in multiple languages. Everest Poker is one of the handful of sites that are European Union Licensed and are very reputable with no cash out issues to this date. However, they do not accept players from the United States.
