Bodog Poker adds resizeable tablesPopular online poker room Bodog Poker announced in a press release dated June 16, 2008 that a new version of their poker software is now available. This new software catches the already advanced poker client up with all the latest industry innovations. The most noteworthy addition is resizeable tables.

The newest software version not only includes resizable tales it also has several other new features, which includes: full screen mode, embedded chat and game details and on-demand player tools. Bodog is asking for players to help test the beta version of the software, which is currently running independently, so players can still use the existing software.

Any Bodog player can help test the new software and provide feedback by visiting Bodoglife.com. This will not be the only update on the beta software, as Bodog has plans to allow more than three tables to play simultaneously, which will greatly benefit the multi-tablers.

While scanning popular poker forums for feedback from players the most common response has been along the lines of “about time” and the most common complaint has been the ability to only play three table, which we already addressed; Bodog will be lifting and or greatly expanding that limits in the coming weeks.

“Offering players the most secure and enjoyable online gaming experience possible is paramount to Bodog,” says Morris Mohawk Gaming Group CEO Alwyn Morris.”

Bodog has always had very soft games, as they’re one of the world’s largest sportsbooks and online casinos and they never had much in the way of bonuses and promotions that would attract seasoned and better poker players. That was until recently as it appears Bodog is getting ready to complete now, not only in attracting fish, but also in attract some sharks to help balance the action. Bodog Poker’s recent changes include a major increase in their sign up bonus, more VIP personalized promotions, a monthly reload bonus and a points for cash system.
