There has been a recent update in the situation that has left poker players of 28 former Microgaming poker rooms without access to their deposited funds.

For those not familiar with this situation, back in late February Microgaming learned that one of their largest providers of white label solutions (poker skins) was about to enter liquidation. As a results they suspended they removed the 28 Poker rooms associated with this provider, Tusk Investment Corporation from their network.

Several players are reporting on various poker forums, that they’ve received the following email tonight.

TUSK INVESTMENT CORPORATION
(IN LIQUIDATION)
INTERNATIONAL COMPANY NUMBER: 28453

Given that the company’s creditors are located throughout the world, the circular to creditors can be accessed from the link set out below:

While this email is vague, the PDF document includes a form which is used to make a claim for consideration in the liquidation process. If you’re one of the players who lost money at Battlefield, RedNines, Royal Card Club, Arctic Poker or one of the other related skins you’ll probably want to look to this 2+2 thread for advice and updates. The discussion relating to the email Tusks issued tonight begins on page 148.

We will keep you updated with further developments as they become available. This is a very early report as this email was literally sent out only minutes ago by the company in charge of liquidating Tusk Investment Corporation’s assets.
