Jay-Z Loses 500,000kShawn Carter is most known as Jay-Z, one of the most popular rap artists in the last decade. Hes also known to sit down and play some cards with his estimated net worth of over $500 million. According to www.mediatakeout.com Jay-Z dumped $500,000 in a Texas Hold’em game in Las Vegas.

MediaTakeOut.com reported that a player who was in the game said, “It was supposed to be a friendly game with everyone betting only a few hundred dollars a hand … Jay Z was down only about a thousand dollars when he raised another player $500,000.”

During the hand where he raised $500k Jay Z was only holding a pair of queens and his opponent held a flush. MTO’s source mentioned that there were professional players at the table and Jay-Z should of known better then bet $500k on one hand like that.

As odd as this story seems, it could very well be false. There has been no confirmation if this is true or not.
