Everest Poker Dream Tournament Wrapping Up

Everest Poker is wrapping up the first ever ‘Live The Dream’ promotion. Where ten players get to live like a poker pro for an entire year and represent Everest Poker at the worlds biggest tournaments. The players receive travel money and act as a spokesman for Everest Poker. The first 100 seats of the available 200 seats have been filled according to Everest Poker.

We have put together a small article of what the ‘Live The Dream’ promotion is all about.

A buy in to the European Poker Tour Season 4 Grand Final worth $13k
World Series of Poker Main Event Entry work $10k
Two World Series of Poker Side Events worth $2.5k each
Two World Poker Tour Season 7 Events worth $15k each
Two European Poker Tour Season 5 Events worth $10.5K each
On top of all this the winners will receive $21k in cash for there personal expenses.

Everest Poker held several ways for players to qualify. The first one was the online direct entry tournaments that ran every Monday from October 29th to March 10th. Players were able to buy in for $100+9 or qualify through the daily satellites starting as low as $3. The other way to enter was via the Summit Points Leaderboard. The top five players with the most Summit Points in November, December, January and February qualified for the casting call.

Once the Casting Call is completed there will an audition for the 200 finalists. Everest Poker will select 10 players who will receive the $100,00 Live The Dream Package. The Casting Call will take place March 28th to the 30th. The players will be judged on seven different categories for the Casting Call. Which include: Online Poker Skill, Live Poker Skill, Personality, Everest Poker Knowledge, Blogging Skills, Speaking Skills and Internet Voting.
