Negreanu Wins Event 20!

Daniel Negreanu wins the $2,000 Limit Holdem event and received $204,874 for his efforts, along with a shiny gold bracelet!

I can't remember the exact details, but I'm quite sure that he won more in prop bets winning a bracelet than he did taking down the first place prize money.

Congrats Daniel, glad to see a Canadian take home a bracelet.

I'm glad to see this. First because PokerStars has blanked so far at the WSOP, and 2nd because DN is good for poker.

By the way, I watched this final table on ESPN360, first time. It was cool, if no ones checked this out the commentating is decent where I kind of just had to going on in background while doing other stuff.

Daniel Negreanu wins fourth WSOP Bracelet

Some highlights. With his cash tonight Daniel Negrean became the 5th player to reach $10 million in career tournament winnings. He jumped ahead of Hellmuth and Cunningham and is now in third place on the all time money list behind Joe Hachem and Jamie Gold.

His last WSOP bracelet had come in 2004 at the same fixed limit holdem event.

He's up 1-0 on Ivey on their WSOP bracelet prop bet.
Winning that will be worth more than his cash tonight.
