Jens Voertmann has had some recent success since taking up
poker seriously in 2005. He was recently signed as
Full Tilt Poker pro, had won a major tournament and cashed in a few others, but last night he faced the biggest challenge of his poker career. He was at a $3K buy-in H.O.R.S.E WSOP final table against the likes of The Flying Dutchman Marcel Luske, Team Brunsons Hoyt Corkins, Team Full Tilts Jennifer Harmon, fellow Full Tilt Poker Pro Steve Zolotow, and Jared Davis who had a WSOP runner up finish under his belt. In the end he did the improbable and walked away with his first career bracelet and the $298,253 top place prize money.
