Default Pro Player Rakeback Deals

Im just a little bit curious what the folks around here know about the deals that go on with some of the bigger name pros that are playing for online pker rooms. I've heard some info about this before, I wont share names but here is some of the deals that I have heard these guys are getting, I don't know if these are all true.

-100% rakeback
-some get more than 100% rakeback
-some are paid 100% rakeback plus hourly wage
-100% rakeback plus buy-ins for TV tournaments, requiring minimum hrs played per week at the online site

Almost all get more than 100% rakeback. Full Tilt is hourly wage + 100% rakeback.

Pretty sure PokerStars pays the most.

I remember Brad Booth saying something that he gets paid once a month from Full Tilt when him and Gavin Smith were playing a 25/50 DC game in one of my local casinos last year. They were discussing a prop bet and apparently Booth said he will be getting $10k in his account at the end of the month. So I'm kinda curious as to what kind of pay structure he is on
