Default Most Likely to Win a Bracelt at WSOP This Year?

Title says it all. I hate hellmuth more than most of you, but i still have to pick him here cause the guy is a fixture at final tables.

I feel like gambling a little bit, so I think gonna go ahead and say that not a single known player will win a bracelt this year. I think last years this would seem unlikely, but every year the general fields are getting better at poker, so this year could be the year the pros get completely shut out. I dont really believe this i dont htink, but its more likely than many people think.

As long as I have the thread going, Im gonna root on Kenna James to win a bracelt, hes under-rated and hes a good dude

Have a feeling this is going to be Ivey's year.

i've got Ivey picked to never win a tournament with more than 1K entrants again. Too many cash games, too much other stuff to do, lots of golf. Maybe its just a glorified stereotype that phil ivey doesnt have the patience to care about poker tournaments, but thats certainly the way he wants it to seem I think.

It took just two open events to not just lose but lose badly . One repeat in Thang Luu defending his O8 title, and Vitaly Lunkin who won a bracelet last year winning another.

This is great for poker though imo. It shows that despite the large fields and those coming in with a dream (champions in there own small niche) that this is really a game of skill where the best players more often are going to come out on top. The bigger fields give the better players more chips to accumulate and work with. I think we might see this trend expand even more - and some of the players who win this year who are new to be back in the mix again next. That's my take anyways. Though i called it after the fact lol
