Drug Use in Poker

I guess this is a pretty wide topic because there is all kinds of drugs that get used. Im mostly curious what everyone thinks about drugs that are meant to help your concentration or keep players awake. Do you consider this cheating? Im guessing no, but wouldn't a player be at a disadvantage after a long final table in in a HU match if they didn't use drugs and their opponent was wide awake because of something?

I don't consider it cheating in the slightest bit. Poker is not like other sports in that anyone is allowed to play poker. You can be a total degen with no IQ or a rocket scientist math expert and there is no discrimination as far as who gets to sit first. When your names on the waiting list you're called. or when you buy a ticket you get a seat etc.

I want drugged players on my table.
1/1000 play better under the influence - only exeption is those
that are addicted and need it to be ok.

Well, this is not entierly true, people may perform better, when the drug is making them feel better - but the thin line between hero and zero, is super thin here.

I'm not gonna go in to personal experiences lol, but I remember a Bob Marley cash game a long time ago - where a giant cloud hung over the table, and no one knew who's time to act it was. I'd say that was a pretty soft game.
