Default UTG / Limp Reraise

Back in the day: an UTG limp reraise in an online SNG was ALWAYS Aces. Has this changed much? I don't play enough SNGs online anymore. I know for a period of time this play had become so standard that I would use the limp reraise more often with hands like AK and AQ as a bluff with back up against good opponent (probably didn't invent it, but started doing it long before most). Just curious if you guys see wider ranges in this spot now or what?

Happened to me yesterday UTG limped for 200, I had AcKc raised to 800, fold back around to original limper who shoved, had me covered and i still had 2200 chips behind early in a step 3 SNG. It was a snap fold for me, but got me thinking about that play which used to be so standard and I haven't come accross as often.

Unrelated but unfortunate for me, a short stack pushes all in from early position I smooth call with Aces, cut off pushes all in, I call with AA. He has QQ and hits Q on flop. I mean not terrible but i liked my chances when all hands were turned up because other guy had KQ

I do this with strange hands sometimes. On occasion I will decide to overplay small pairs like this. It really depends on the table with this move because to some players its a noobish move, to others its a savvy play.

I think you see aces enough times to make that fold.

This depends on the buy-in too I think. You still see totally bizarre moves in the lower stakes games, it's hard to put people on hands in cheap sng's. In higher stakes sng's I think people have pretty much stopped limping with aces utg.

I think the constant influx of new European players has kept the lower buy-in sng's pretty confusing. Higher buy-in sng's are so much easier imo, and I think most players are getting very solid and predictable.
