Cool Bad fold?

So I spotted Scott Fischman playing .10/.25 PL Hold em/Omaha Hi at full tilt today and decided to play a bit. EasyPots is a well known high stakes player at full tilt who was probably only there to beat up on scott. not much was known about KB at the time.

Further information: my BR at full tilt was like $70 at the time.. I took a shot just to play against fischman and ended up playing wayy too tight. In hindsight, I think this is a clear reraise and stick it in situation...I probably should've raised to begin with. having just sat at the table, I had no idea how crazy these guys were.. at any rate I ended up taking about 200 off the table later..but this hand still bugs me.

I don't really mind your fold here. You have hardly put any money in it, so I wouldn't feel committed at all and are most likely out kicked and drawing. Although, kinda sucks that you're open ended straight flush draw right?

I don't mind the fold for 2 reasons:

1) I know your building a bankroll right now, and you easily can be behind in this hands.
2) goes right along with #1 - these guys are playing like nuts and you can double up in a much better spot where you have the nut redraw rather than just a baby flush or miracle draw.

With blinds 10 cent 25 cent you can wait a while to pick a spot in a game like this .. so I don't mind the fold.

If you have 30 buy-ins in your pocket I could see blowing one here, but on a short roll I don't mind the fold in order to play it safe and keep building that roll looking for the soft spots.

Yeah, dumping the open ended straight flush definitely wasn't my favorite thing to do..having trips with the wrap didn't make it any easier

You guys are right though, I had little invested in the pot and I was on a short roll.. ultimately, that was my reason for folding. at any rate, I'm not calling the big bet on the turn so it worked out regardless.

That game was a ton of fun. Deep stacked PL HA may be a new favorite of mine..unfortunately it takes having someone like Fischman sitting at the table to bring out all of the action at those limits.

Also, I may be wrong about EasyPots being a high stakes player.. his OPR certainly doesn't indicate anything like that. The observers at the table sure seemed to think he was, though.
