The 2009 PokerStars Asian Pacific Poker Tour in the Philippines was held at Dusit Thani Hotel In Manila, which held a $2,700 Hold’em freezeout Main Event. The main event was won by a local poker player named Neil Arce who beat out 261 competitors and earned $185,000 for his first place effort.
